Subscriptions

A subscription is a content source that Nudget monitors on your behalf. You enter a URL — a YouTube channel, a Substack newsletter, a Reddit subreddit, a LinkedIn profile, or any web page — and Nudget automatically detects the platform type, begins collecting new content as it’s published, and feeds it into your daily AI briefing. Nudget supports 11 platform types (YouTube, Reddit, Threads, X/Twitter, Medium, LinkedIn, Substack, Podcast, RSS, new post detection, and content change detection) plus email newsletter forwarding. The Free plan includes up to 20 subscriptions, and Pro supports up to 50.

Web Monitoring

For web pages that aren’t covered by platform subscriptions, you can set up monitoring through the Chrome Extension.

New Post Detection

Automatically collects new items when they appear on listing pages like blogs or news sites.

Content Change Detection

AI analyzes and notifies you when a specific page changes. Great for job postings, pricing updates, or policy changes.

Email Forward

Already subscribed to newsletters via email? Forward them to your personal Nudget address and they’ll be summarized and included in your briefing — just like any other subscription.

Managing Subscriptions

You can pause, resume, or delete any subscription at any time from the Subscriptions page.
Enable the Include existing content option to also fetch content that was already published when you subscribed.

What Works Best

Nudget works best with publicly accessible content. Here are a few things to keep in mind when adding subscriptions:
Login-required pages — If a page requires sign-in to view its content, Nudget may not be able to collect it. This includes paywalled articles, private social media profiles, and member-only forums. Use Email Forward for newsletters that land in your inbox instead.
Dynamic or real-time content — Pages that load content dynamically (e.g., infinite scroll feeds, live dashboards, real-time data) are captured as a snapshot at the time of collection. Content that appears only through user interaction may not be included.
For the most reliable experience, subscribe to sources with stable, publicly available URLs — blogs, YouTube channels, RSS feeds, and public social profiles all work great.

Subscriptions and Plans

Each plan has a subscription limit — Free supports up to 20 subscriptions, and Pro supports up to 50. Plans also differ in the monthly AI summary limit.
